Read information about the authorJerry was born on a spring night of 1983. His love of books started when his parents gifted him a box set of classic novels republished for kids. By fifth grade he was writing his own stories; a hobby which he continued off and on throughout middle and high school.
In 2008 he wrote his first novella, but quickly developed a passion for screenwriting. He entered several into contests and sent them out to literary agents. While the feedback was reassuring he was still unable to secure representation.
He eventually took the advice from one such agent and began adapting his scripts into book form in 2014 by merging the two writing styles of screenwriting and novels.
He now has plans of publishing eight books based on his screenplays and possibly a ninth as a collection of short stories.
Jerry's passions include: Writing, Photography, Movies, Tea, Wine, and Researching and Discovering new things. While he prefers to read encyclopedias and non-fiction; he only enjoys writing sci-fi and fantasy fiction.
"I love writing sci-fi because you can expand the universe in any direction. It allows the mind to wrap itself around a world that may not be all that farfetched. However, if you were to fill a room of sci-fi writers, one of two things will happen. They either would create a story that is absolutely mind-blowing or they would do nothing because no one could agree on anything."
